Day Ten: A lazy day, but big plans for tomorrow
Today was a fairly lazy day, the only consolation is that I ate quite healthily so it’s not a massive negative. I’ve decided that I want to lower my body fat percentage a little quicker than it’s happening so I’m going to start skipping for 5 minutes a day. Probably in the morning so that it wakes me up and then do the normal workout in the afternoon.
One of the key elements I think I’m missing at the minute is a cardio workout and I think using a skipping rope in the back garden will give me that extra dimension to my workout. I already have a skipping rope but you can buy one for about £5 on eBay. Alternatively you can just go for a jog which is absolutely free of course, but weather might limit it and some people dont like being seen jogging in the street.
Ever tried sharon fruit? It’s a variety of persimmon grown in Israel which tastes sweet and in my opinion better than some of the conventional fruits like apples and bananas. If nutrition truly is 75% of getting the ultimate body, then consuming fruit will play a big part in getting the nutrition right. Varying the fruit I eat is a way that I make fruit interesting.
Before I went to bed I managed to get in 60 press ups, 6 types with 10 reps of each. That’s something at least?
