Day 42: Resting the muscles today
After a day of intense cardio (playing squash) and 3 days of the 360 workout, I had a rest today. Hopefully that will give my muscles the recovery time to really push on next week.
I’ve also been postnig some nutritional advice on the site with some tips to help people become healthier. I’m working on several more posts and am looking at a name and shame section for foods that you buy in the supermarket. There are several out there that promise to be something they are not. I.e. some brown bread makers actually use wheat flour (the flour used to make white bread) and then use a colouring agent to hide the fact that it’s just as bad as white bread. After reading into it, white bread is utter garbage and hopefully I’ll get a post online within the next week to share my findings. I’m compiling the research and producting a decent post, instead of just saying brown bread is healthier – I’m not keen on that because I like to know why myself.
I also read that UK viewers wont be getting TNA PPVs free any more and that they are going to be shown on BT Vision – I dont think I have access to that, oh well. Guess I’ll read the results tomorrow. Not that fussed anyway – am more likely to order the Royal Rumble, really can’t be bothered watching the old timers like the Nasty Boys and Scott Hall take the limelight over entertaining guys like Chris Sabin and Christopher Daniels.
Food/Drink Diary:
10.30am: Coffee. Tuna, spinach, tomato & salad cream sandwich.
11.30am: Orange cordial
12.30pm: Peanut butter and banana sandwich
1.00pm: Blackcurrant cordial
