Day 79: Pushing the boundaries

With about 2 weeks left of my time allowance, I really have started pushing the boundaries with my exercise. I did an intense 360 workout today, which is 360 reps in total covering my upper body (so chest, triceps, biceps, back and forearms). I also did skipping for about 5 minutes straight after, which was tough as I was exhausted from the workout. I count skips out as I find that a much more effective way of measuring how much I skip for. I did 300 skips today.

For dinner I had a jacket sweet potato, some mushroom rice, tuna and salad – so healthy all round.

I have made a very big decision today as well – I’ve reduced my working hours down to part time so that I can focus on the website and build it up into a really useful site for everyone. I really believe that my time spent doing research and development if you like, has taught me a lot. Therefore expect much more changes around here very soon as I’ll be adding new features weekly.
