Day 82: Do you have the eye of a tiger?
I went a little over the top with food I think, I mentioned a few days back that I had a growing appetite and it really is growing a lot. It’s not so much what I’m eating as it’s all healthy stuff, but I need to be careful with the quality of food that I am eating. I woke up and did 300 skips first thing, not sure if that had an effect. I will try and do the same tomorrow to see if it has a similar effect.
I quickly flicked through a diet book today in Tesco and to see some of the rubbish people write is amazing. It was a rulebook that excluded many everyday foods and that doesn’t make it easy for the everyman to follow. After this website I want to have the Reliant Robin plan in a book and I want it to be easy to follow. It’s looking a very real possibility at the minute.
What I am hoping for is a diet plan that doesn’t advise people to eat unhealthily for a set period of time, for example no carbs for 6 weeks or anything crazy like that. I want a healthy plan which will of course exclude the junk food you’d expect, but doesn’t ask you to go out and buy kidney beans and wheatgrass for dinner.
