Day 84: Power cuts!

Power cuts prevented me from uploading a blog yesterday so I’m uploading Day 84 with a small bit of text so you can see what I worked out and ate. Day 85 is coming minutes after!

30 reps: Upright row
30 reps: Bent over row
30 reps: Tricep dips
30 reps: Close grip press ups
30 reps: Explosive press ups
30 reps: Tricep extensions
30 reps: Wide grip press ups
30 reps: Chest press
30 reps: Alternate arm raises
30 reps: Alternate standing shoulder press

Food/Drink Diary
7.30am: Muesli. Coffee
9.00am: Coffee
10.30am: Coffee. 2x oranges.
11.30am: Water
12.30pm: Tuna, watercress, spinach leaves and salad cream sandwich. Nakd bar
1.30pm: Tea
3.00pm: Water
4.00pm: Coffee
6.00pm: Turkey breast, broccoli, sweet potatoes, leeks, cabbage, peas, parsnips and roast onion. Blackcurrant cordial
7.30pm: Water. Muesli
8.30pm: Blackcurrant cordial
9.30pm: Orange cordial
10.30pm: 1x slice of bread with salad (including tomato, beetroot and spinach leaves) with salad cream
