Day 86: 7 Days left til deadline day
My shoulders are still hurting from yesterday so perhaps there is a lesson to be learnt there. I wont be jumping with weights again without stretching out my shoulders. I did get out of breath with 600 skips today, 100 one legged skips on each leg included in that.
I’m currently working on a side project which will fund this site – it’s web designing for local businesses in my area. I’ll post the link when it’s done.
There is exactly 7 days left until the end of my allocated time for the Body blog and over the next few days I’ll be discussing how close I am to achieving my goals.

Food/Drink Diary
7.30am: Coffee. Muesli
9.30am: Coffee
11.00am: Water
12.00pm: Apple. Nakd bar. Tuna and salad sandwich.
3.00pm: Coffee
4.00pm: Water
5.30pm: Tuna and cous cous salad with salad cream
6.00pm: Orange cordial
7.30pm: Tea
10.00pm: 1 slice of bread with peanut butter
