Day 86 & 87: The Body Blog will be changing

The first thing I’m going to do to the Body Blog when 10th March comes round is change the format. I’m not going to post what I eat everyday and the exercise I do everyday. The idea behind posting what I have eaten throughout the day is to examine where I potentially went wrong and what times I ate the most so I could change my eating habits to make me healthier. That has happened very successfully. I am now eating healthy on a daily basis and fully understand what I am eating without too much effort.

With posting blogs everyday, I think it does distract me from actually building the site because I have limited time to spend on the site. The daily blog was very, very useful because it helped me establish new habits and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about starting a blog.

Part of the reason for not being able to update the blog over the past 2 days is that I’ve been spending time working on a new website which will hopefully give me some income to stay at home and do this website (if that makes sense) and that website is www.designbyrobin.co.uk. It’s a low-cost web designing service for local businesses in and around Leicester.

On Thursday night, I made Spaghetti Bolognaise – a healthier way. Turkey mince, Dolmio sauce, chopped vegetables and wholewheat spaghetti. It was delicious – photo included. The turkey mince didn’t break up like beef or lamb mince does, but it tasted great in my opinion.

I’ve been doing plenty of skipping everyday over the past week or so, and that will build my leg muscles so hopefully I’ll get chance to hit the basketball courts over the next few days and see if I am any closer to dunking.

I’ve actually upped the reps over the past 2 days as well, upping the reps to 50 isntead of 30 which is quite tough but I don’t want my muscles to get stagnate and hopefully upping to 50 reps will do that.

I’ll post daily blogs up to 10th March, but then after that I’ll post blogs when I have something interesting to say… so maybe every year or so?
