How to
1. Stand up straight with your hands by your side.
2. Jump as high as you can and land with your legs apart and your hands either touching each other above your head or in the air (as pictured).
3. Jump back to the starting position.
Variations
The Star Jump is very similar to the Jumping Jack but it’s a little more vigorous. Jump in the air and spread your legs and arms out like a star quickly and as you land, return to the starting position with your hands by your side and feet parallel.
