Bent Over Dumbbell Row

Muscles worked: Biceps, Hamstrings, Lats, Lower Back, Middle Back, Trapezius
Equipment needed: Dumbbells
Difficulty: 6/10 – Fairly Hard

How to
1. Pick up a dumbbell in each hand and face forward.
2. Bend over and try to keep your back fairly straight. Allow your arms to be parallel to your legs holding the dumbbells.
3. Lift the dumbbells up towards your chest.
4. Lower the dumbbells and repeat the move.
