Robin Shill is the very first robin in the world to own his very own website.* This site is dedicated to providing valuable information about nutrition, fitness and health.

Robin opened this website in August 2009 and the site since been steadily growing. Unfortunately Robin is a complete perfectionist and perfectionism is the enemy of completion. Robin is dedicated to building a website that is a fantastic resource and it should be completed very soon.
